About The Role

Dar Al Marjaan Group of Companies is seeking an experienced International Client Relations Executive to join our Dubai office.

This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, preparing quotations, following up with prospective clients, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting business development activities.

This role is primarily an office-based customer communications and coordination position.

Experience limited exclusively to retail sales, field sales, door-to-door sales, real estate brokerage, automobile sales, hospitality, or insurance sales may not be directly relevant to the responsibilities of this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads through telephone, WhatsApp, email, website enquiries, and other communication channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
  • Understand customer psychology and recommend appropriate services and pricing.
  • Strong listening skills, confident in negotiations, and capable of addressing customer objections professionally and effectively.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service-related correspondence.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and returning clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
  • Manage multiple customer conversations, enquiries, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Support sales, client acquisition, and business development initiatives.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks related to customer management as required.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume workload
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English.
  • Native Proficiency in Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to understand new concepts and business requirements quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence when communicating with clients via telephone and video calls.
  • Professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and respond promptly.
  • International exposure is advantageous
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additional Qualifications

  • Graduate in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, International Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • International academic, cultural, or professional exposure is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer support, client servicing, inbound enquiry handling, business coordination, quotation preparation, CRM management, professional services, translation services, immigration services, corporate services, logistics coordination, or similar office-based customer-facing roles is preferred.
