Job Summary

Temenos Headquarters S.A. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Business Management team.

This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of business operations, supporting critical reporting and data-driven initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling for team meetings and events.
  • Utilize computer literacy to support daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Participate in data collection, organization, and initial analysis to support business insights.
  • Contribute to database reporting and assist with data conversions as required.
  • Support the interpretation of data sets to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, including basic desktop publishing (DTP) tasks.
  • Effectively use electronic mail for internal and external communication.
  • Conduct information retrieval to gather relevant data and research for ongoing projects.
  • Apply numerical skills to review and verify data accuracy.
  • Support the review and reporting processes, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
  • Learn and apply basic statistical analysis techniques under guidance.
  • Communicate findings and collaborate with team members effectively through verbal communications.

Job Qualifications**

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Calendar and Scheduling tools.
  • Strong Computer Literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of Data Analysis and Data Collection principles.
  • Familiarity with Database Reporting concepts is a plus.
  • Aptitude for Data Conversions and Data Interpretations.
  • Basic skills in Desktop Publishing (DTP) software are beneficial.
  • Excellent Electronic Mail Expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability in Information Retrieval.
  • Solid Numerical Skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to contribute to Reporting and Review and Reporting processes.
  • Exposure to Statistical Analysis Techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong Verbal Communications skills.
