Operations internship in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, providing practical exposure to daily operations, process coordination, customer communication, data management, and administrative support.
No previous work experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
- Support task coordination and follow-up for the operations team.
- Organize and update operational data and records.
- Support customer communication and follow-up when needed.
- Monitor daily tasks and help ensure timely completion.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the relevant team.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries of operational activities.
- Coordinate between departments.
- Assist with testing and improving internal processes and systems.
- Perform other assigned operational tasks.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- No previous work experience is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
