Intermediate Pricing Analyst

Role overview

Position responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Strategic Relationship Management, and internal teams on pre-sale pricing, repricing, and client retention; provide pricing and financial model insights and forecasts.
• Analyze financial, profitability, and competitive information; support tool and process improvements, automation, and assigned projects.
• Provide day-to-day leadership support, project management, and ad hoc analysis; mentor colleagues and support training.

Required qualifications

• At least three years of financial services experience, including pricing, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
• Experience with financial reporting, pricing, underwriting or risk analysis, marketplace analytics, and large datasets.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office; strong analytical, communication, writing, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Two years of defined contribution and/or defined benefit industry experience is preferred.
• Experience with Access, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, Adobe, PeopleSoft, or other financial reporting and modeling programs is preferred.
• Big-picture thinking, change leadership, leadership, mentoring, or consultative experience is preferred.
