Responsibilities

• Extract, compile, consolidate, and analyze financial data from accounting and information systems.
• Identify financial data issues and determine suitable methods for preparing information for users.
• Work with actuaries and accounting groups, including investments and company consolidation teams.
• Interpret financial transactions and events to inform business decisions.
• Develop reports and models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis; troubleshoot issues using financial systems and reporting tools.
• Contribute to project and process improvements, recommend procedural changes, and follow internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of experience with a degree.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Working knowledge of investments, insurance products, or premiums is preferred.
• Communication, project handling, learning new systems, analytical ability, teamwork, organization, and prioritization are listed as preferred qualifications.

Workplace

• Hybrid schedule, with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is $64,000–$80,000 annually; actual starting pay depends on qualifications, experience, geography, and work location designation.
