Role overview

Responsibilities

• Provide capital reporting expertise and contribute to management reporting and detailed financial analyses.
• Apply expertise to cross-functional projects and resolve complex financial questions with practical solutions.
• Communicate complex financial information to strategic and operational audiences.
• Extract and interpret financial data to assess past performance and project future results.
• Guide junior staff and review their work for accuracy, completeness, and sound conclusions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with a degree.
• Advanced computer skills.

Preferred qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of accounting or finance involving investments, insurance products, or premiums.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, analytical judgment, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, navigate ambiguity, and work independently and collaboratively.
