Role overview

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into specifications and cost frameworks that support quality, consistency, cost control, and timely delivery.
• Lead fit-out and renovation projects in accordance with company standards.
• Define interior design standards across commercial properties and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Review material, finish, and design submissions from consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor programme, design, cost, and quality expectations across projects.
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders, resolve delivery challenges, and secure completion certification.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree or honours qualification in Architecture or a related discipline; an interior design and project management specialization is preferred.
• A portfolio of successfully delivered high-end interior design, fit-out, and refurbishment projects is required.
• More than six years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or a related field is required.
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, and project management for residential or commercial projects is required.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and diverse stakeholder groups is required.
• Proven fit-out project delivery is required.

Knowledge and skills

• Strong knowledge of interior design and corporate fit-out standards.
• Expertise in project management and end-to-end delivery.
• Sound capability in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering.
• Experience in contract and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The role calls for commercial thinking, direction-setting, engaging others, developing talent, and focused delivery.

Pay

• Pay is AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
