Interior Fitout Project Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into resolved spaces, specifications, and cost frameworks.
• Lead fit-out and renovation projects from vision to completion in line with company standards.
• Define interior design standards across commercial properties and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Review material, finish, and design submissions from consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor programme, design, cost, and quality expectations and maintain alignment across projects.
• Coordinate contractors and stakeholders, resolve delivery challenges, and secure completion certification.

Qualifications and experience

• Degree or honours qualification in architecture or a related discipline; interior design and project management specialization is preferred.
• Provide a portfolio of successfully delivered high-end interior design, fit-out, and refurbishment projects.
• More than 6 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience managing interior design, fit-out, and project management for residential or commercial projects.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proven delivery of fit-out projects.

Knowledge and skills

• Strong knowledge of interior design and corporate fit-out standards.
• Expertise in project management and end-to-end delivery.
• Sound capability in cost control, budgeting, and value engineering.
• Experience in contract and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory compliance.
• Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide direction, think commercially, engage others, develop talent, and deliver with focus.

Pay

• Full-time role paying AED 6,000–7,000 per month.
