Role overview

Project delivery responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects against approved drawings, specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Review architectural, MEP, joinery, civil, and other drawings and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare schedules, work programs, procurement plans, and manpower requirements; supervise compliant site execution.
• Monitor progress, costs, materials, manpower, subcontractors, risks, delays, and corrective actions.
• Conduct site and progress meetings; manage variations, RFIs, material approvals, shop drawings, inspections, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate material selection, procurement, delivery, and installation to prevent delays.
• Prepare reports and updates; coordinate snagging, testing, commissioning, rectification, and handover documentation, including as-builts and O&M manuals.

Key skills and tools

• Interior fit-out project management, planning and scheduling, site management, and client, consultant, and subcontractor coordination.
• Procurement and materials, cost and budget monitoring, BOQ and variation management, and shop drawing and technical coordination.
• Quality control, HSE compliance, risk and delay management, snagging, and project handover.
• MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.

Experience requirement

• At least 6 years of experience as an Interior Fit-Out Project Manager.

Pay

• AED 8,000–10,000 per month.

Workplace and employment

• Full-time, in-person role in Dubai.
