MTG Acoustics is seeking an experienced Interior Fit-Out Draftsman to prepare detailed shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings for high-end interior fit-out and acoustic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings.
- Prepare coordinated drawings with MEP and architectural services.
- Produce as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants and site teams.
- Review IFC drawings and prepare material take-offs.
- Update drawings based on consultant comments and site changes.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Support technical submissions and project documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
- 3–4 years of UAE interior fit-out drafting experience.
- Excellent AutoCAD skills.
- Revit knowledge is an advantage.
- Good understanding of interior finishing details.
- Knowledge of gypsum partitions, ceilings, joinery and acoustic systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
