Seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Fit-Out Draftsman to prepare technical drawings and coordinate with project and site teams.
Drawings must align with approved designs and site requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare shop, construction, joinery and as-built drawings for fit-out projects.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, details and layouts based on approved designs and site conditions.
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, MEP, joinery and site requirements.
- Measure sites, verify existing conditions and revise drawings based on site requirements, comments and project changes.
- Maintain revisions, document control and drawing registers.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers and site teams to ensure drawings are practical and ready for execution.
- Deliver accurate drawings within project deadlines.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
- At least 2 years of fit-out, interior, joinery or construction project experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or other relevant software is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of fit-out construction details, materials and joinery works.
- Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings; attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- UAE fit-out experience is preferred.
