Interior Designer
will be responsible for developing creative and functional design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities include space planning, preparing mood boards, construction drawings, cost estimates, and material/FF&E selections.
The role involves meeting with clients to understand requirements, presenting design proposals, coordinating with architects, contractors, suppliers, and overseeing site visits to ensure design quality, project timelines, and accurate execution.
Additional duties include reviewing plans, managing project documentation, and ensuring designs meet client expectations, budgets, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects.
- Strong skills in interior design, space planning, construction drawings, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software.
- Knowledge of building materials, finishes, FF&E, and construction standards.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Excellent coordination, organization, and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, conduct site inspections, and collaborate effectively with multicultural teams, contractors, and suppliers.
