Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Coordinator role located in Dubai.
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team, coordinating sales operations, maintaining client relations, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the team.
Responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage workflows and ensure efficient sales processes
- Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and addressing client needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to interface with clients and internal teams clearly and professionally
- Experience in Sales and a results-driven attitude to contribute to organizational growth
- High attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated team player with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is a plus
- Relevant professional certifications or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
