Blueprint Experts Technical Services LLC is looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our growing team in Ajman.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and presentation materials.
- Create detailed shop drawings and coordinate with the technical and production teams.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories according to project requirements.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections to ensure design compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project specifications, BOQs, and design documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations and project standards.
- Support project execution and resolve design-related issues on-site.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
ā Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
ā Minimum 2ā5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects in the UAE.
ā Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
ā Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery details.
ā Excellent communication and presentation skills.
ā UAE driving license is an added advantage.
