With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and timely project delivery, we are looking for a talented Estimation Engineer to join our growing team in Ajman.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) from drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural, structural, MEP, and interior fit-out drawings.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and material quantity calculations.
- Prepare accurate project cost estimates and tender submissions.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Analyze project specifications, contract documents, and scope requirements.
- Prepare value engineering proposals and cost-saving alternatives.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams.
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when required.
- Maintain a database of material rates, labor costs, and subcontractor pricing.
- Ensure estimates comply with project budgets and timelines.
- Prepare commercial and technical proposals for clients.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
✅ 2–3 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Renovation, or Construction Estimation.
✅ Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
✅ Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
✅ Experience in pricing fit-out projects such as offices, restaurants, retail shops, clinics, villas, and commercial spaces.
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
✅ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
✅ UAE Driving License will be an added advantage.
