About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our expanding team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for a diverse range of client requirements.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in talent acquisition, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to the overall success of our recruitment operations.
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring timely placement of qualified candidates, and maintaining a high level of service excellence.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred.
A proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous learning are highly valued traits.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and skills.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
- Maintain and update candidate and client databases to ensure accurate and current information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to management and clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
