This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious, target-driven professional who understands the UAE market and can bring design, fit-out, and design-build projects to a creative and execution-strong company.
About Maklad Design
Maklad Design is a Dubai-based ***interior design & fit-out company delivering A–Z design and execution services across residential, commercial, hospitality, and specialty projects.*** Our in-house design, joinery, and execution teams allow us to control quality and deliver complete solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and secure interior design, fit-out, joinery, and landscaping projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, brokers, and business owners
- Represent Maklad Design professionally in meetings and networking events
- Coordinate with the design and management teams to close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up consistently
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of sales experience in the UAE (interiors, fit-out, real estate, construction, or related fields)
- Strong local network and ability to open doors
- Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
- Self-driven and comfortable working on performance-based earnings
- Proven track record of bringing projects or clients is a strong advantage
