Receive all Intergovernmental Agreement applications from various facilities requesting to do business with USMS or requesting a rate increase for housing USMS prisoners.
Review each application for completeness and accuracy prior to handing it off to the Intergovernmental Agreement Specialists.
Assist each Specialist with pre-award development, including requesting Department of Labor wage determinations, uploading USMS facility inspection reports, conducting market research, and performing cost analysis to assist in determining fair and reasonable housing and guard rates.
Assist with updating policies and procedures, congressional inquiries, and Freedom of Information Act requests.
Assist the Intergovernmental Agreements Team in providing customers with guidance on procurement-related matters by email and phone.

Recent experience as a Grant/IGA Specialist.
Experience with 30-day Procurement Action Lead Time (PALT).
FAC-C Level II or DAWIA Level II is preferred.
