Interface Specialist

Support the PMTs by administering document interfaces with onshore/offshore contractors and RLIC entities across all project phases.

Implement data-flow workflows to optimize documentation exchange and improve project outcomes.

Ensure consistent implementation of the Project Interface Management Plan.

Administer, update, and maintain comprehensive onshore and offshore Interface Agreements (IAs), ensuring all documentation adheres to project control best practices.

Provide document control oversight for onshore interface activities between the PMT and external RLIC companies, operators, and end-users.

Maintain interface data logs to monitor documentation exchange and evaluate process effectiveness.

Coordinate with the Offshore Project Interface team to transmit requested deliverables to third parties and government bodies on schedule.

Manage the tracking and expediting system to secure and log formal project interface approvals, acceptances, and agreements.

Administer the document transmittal process for offshore and onshore contractors / subcontractors during activities.

Enforce strict communication and transmittal protocols to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent interface data exchange with external organizations.

Maintain and verify the accuracy of the master interface register and individual interface agreements.

Apply quality control measures to contractor data submissions and support audits of contractors' Interface Document Management Systems to ensure compliance with project standards.

Execute the document closure process for all onshore-related IAs upon EPCI completion, ensuring that final, as-built drawings and documents are correctly formatted and issued to third parties.

Utilize tracking logs to expedite outstanding IA closures.

Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure contractor-managed onshore IAs are fully closed.

Verify that contractors' final technical documentation accurately incorporates all data, revisions, and inputs received from agreed IAs.

Maintain interface management databases to identify documentation bottlenecks and risks.

Prepare data-driven status reports for senior management and manage the interface lessons learned registry to capture insights for future project phases.
