Interface Manager - Rail

Project context

Responsibilities

• Identify, allocate, coordinate and close physical, functional, organisational and contractual interfaces.
• Plan, coordinate and assure design delivery against client objectives, project requirements and operational outcomes.
• Establish and maintain design management frameworks, governance and delivery controls across project phases.
• Drive collaboration among design, construction, commercial, procurement and programme teams.
• Ensure design outputs meet statutory, contractual, quality and stakeholder requirements.
• Lead and support design teams, resource deployment, knowledge sharing and capability development.
• Use performance data and KPIs to inform decisions and improve delivery outcomes.
• Contribute technical expertise and best-practice solutions to business growth and work-winning.
• Help identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions toward net zero transition.

Candidate requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in the applicable discipline.
• Demonstrated experience on rail, metro, high-speed rail or comparable major infrastructure programmes.
• Strong client-facing, analytical, written communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Knowledge of relevant delivery processes, standards, systems and governance.
• Professional membership, chartership or specialist certification is preferred where applicable.
• UAE or wider GCC experience is advantageous.
