About This Role
Role Context
We are seeking an experienced **Interface Manager** to manage and coordinate **interfaces between multiple stakeholders** on complex **urban development projects** in Riyadh.
The role is critical to ensuring alignment across authorities, consultants, contractors, and utility providers, minimizing conflicts, and supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, define, and manage **interfaces across multiple stakeholders and packages**
- Develop and maintain an **interface management plan**, interface registers, and coordination matrices
- Coordinate between government authorities, developers, consultants, contractors, and utility agencies
- Facilitate interface workshops, coordination meetings, and resolution sessions
- Track interface risks, dependencies, and constraints, ensuring timely mitigation actions
- Support planning and construction teams in resolving **scope, schedule, and design interfaces**
- Ensure interface requirements are reflected in project schedules and execution plans
- Monitor interface performance and report key issues to senior management
- Support change management and impact assessments related to interface issues
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- **8–15 years of experience** in interface management or project coordination
- Proven experience on **large urban, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects**
- Strong exposure to **multi-stakeholder environments**, including public authorities
- Experience on **mega or giga projects** is highly preferred
- Ability to work in complex, fast-paced project environments
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in **interface management methodologies and tools**
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve complex issues
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Experience working with planning and project control teams
- Proficient in reporting and documentation
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
