Our newest opportunity is for a talented
Logistics/Interface Manager
- to join our award winning team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
- Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
- Manage and direct the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction.
- Perform detailed structural calculations and simulations to ensure the safety, stability, and efficiency of designs under various load conditions (e.g., seismic, wind, live loads).
- Collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to integrate structural systems with overall building designs and ensure coordination across all aspects of the project.
- Offer technical support to contractors during the construction phase, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs (Requests for Information), and resolving design-related issues on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers to estimate costs for structural work, assist in budgeting, and find cost-effective solutions while maintaining the quality and integrity of the design.
- Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to present design proposals, address concerns, and ensure that all parties are aligned on project objectives and progress
