Support insurance sales through bank channels and achieve assigned sales targets based on product mix.
Sales and bank-channel support
- Meet bank relationship managers and wealth advisors daily to identify insurance sales opportunities and maintain a monthly pipeline with them.
- Arrange product and refresher training for the sales team and educate colleagues on underwriting guidelines.
- Train the sales team on application and documentation completion to help maintain turnaround times, and keep them updated on business submission requirements.
- Conduct field underwriting of new applications by checking document completeness.
- Provide monthly fund performance reports and facilitate timely access to policy statements and fund fact sheets.
- Ensure sales materials, including applications and brochures, are available to the sales team.
- Attend joint client meetings, track contest qualifiers, and use untapped bank client data to develop business opportunities.
- Activate relationship managers across segments, prepare portfolio synopses for HNI clients, and assist with quarterly portfolio reviews.
- Promote balanced protection and savings portfolios and a balanced mix of regular and single premiums.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- 2–4 years of retail sales experience is required; insurance or banking experience is preferred.
- Sales capabilities and solid knowledge of the Dubai market are required.
- Arabic and English bilingual proficiency is required.
- MS Office knowledge is required.
