Our merged Agencies of Clifton and Wrington have formed a highly respected business with major growth opportunities in the commercial and high net worth sectors. You’ll enter into a partnership with two experienced and ambitious Agents who have already built strong client relationships that continue to attract new business opportunities as well as an exceptional retention rate. The Agency has a strong and successful team structure that will support you in driving the Agency forward to even greater success.

We attract a wide range of customers, from individual policyholders to affluent clients and large commercial businesses. As one of our Agents, your business will rely on the strength of relationships you build with these customers. This means you’ll need the ability to build trust and confidence with a variety of different people and understand what drives them, so you can give them the best support and advice with the solutions you offer.

We’re looking for an Insurance specialist with a proven track record in Sales combined with effective people leadership. As an Agent, you’ll be your own boss, running an Agency under the NFU Mutual name, selling our award-winning products and services. With your partners, you’ll have the freedom to create the plans and strategies of the business, develop your own team and set your own aspirations.

To be a successful Agent, you’ll need a combination of personal and professional qualities. You’ll be an excellent communicator, credible with people from a range of backgrounds, with the ability to spot and act on a sales opportunity. With an entrepreneurial attitude and a clear vision, you’ll be commercially astute and have the personal drive to champion ambitious strategies that challenge the status quo and ensure continuous business improvement and a culture of innovation within your Agency.

As well as being a strong and influential business leader, you’ll also be an inspirational and motivational manager to your team. Collaborative, positive and supportive, you’ll give them opportunities to develop their talents, ensuring they always work within the relevant regulations and standards of compliance.
