Manager – Insurance Management
to lead and optimize its corporate insurance portfolio within a complex, asset-intensive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end insurance portfolio (property, liability, aviation, employee risks)
- Lead insurance renewals, policy structuring, and cost optimization
- Oversee and manage complex or high-value insurance claims
- Collaborate with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory compliance and proper governance of insurance programs
- Advise on risk transfer strategies and insurance requirements
- Analyze claims and insurance data to drive efficiency and improvements
Ideal Candidate
- 5–7 years of experience in corporate insurance management
- Exposure to large-scale insurance portfolios
- Experience in aviation, infrastructure, transport, or utilities sectors
- Strong expertise in:
- Claims management (complex cases)
- Insurance renewals and policy design
- Broker and insurer negotiations
- Professional certifications such as ACII, FCII, CPCU, ARM are preferred
