The facility is seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator.
The role handles medical information, patient data, coding, claims, accounting reconciliation, and insurance procedures.
Requirements
- Experience using Eclaimlink is required.
- Experience with UAE insurance processes is required.
- Significant experience as an insurance coordinator is required.
- Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting.
Responsibilities
- Manage medical information and patient data flows between physicians, patients, and third-party payers.
- Use numeric codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures and enter information into the facility database.
- Follow up on claims with internal departments and external parties.
- Maintain claim records and reports for all policy lines.
- Ensure proper coding on provider documentation.
- Reconcile claim accounting and premium accounting.
- Perform insurance operational work.
- Follow internal and external insurance procedures.
