Instrumentation & Control Manager
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة وتصميم ومتابعة أنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم (Instrumentation & Control Systems).
- الإشراف على أعمال التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة لأنظمة التحكم والأتمتة.
- ضمان موثوقية وكفاءة أنظمة:
- DCS
- PLC
- SCADA
- ESD
• Fire & Gas Systems
- مراجعة المخططات الهندسية والوثائق الفنية الخاصة بالمشاريع.
- قيادة فرق الهندسة والصيانة وتقديم الدعم الفني للمشاريع والتشغيل.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى مثل العمليات والصيانة والهندسة والمقاولين.
- مراقبة أداء الأنظمة واقتراح التحسينات التقنية والتشغيلية.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة والمعايير الدولية مثل IEC وISA.
- إدارة الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية الخاصة بالمشاريع المتعلقة بالأجهزة والتحكم.
- دعم عمليات FAT / SAT والتشغيل التجريبي (Commissioning).
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12–15 سنة في مجال الأجهزة والتحكم، منها خبرة إدارية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- خبرة قوية في مشاريع النفط والغاز أو المصانع الصناعية الكبرى.
- معرفة متقدمة بأنظمة:
- Honeywell
- Yokogawa
- Siemens
- Emerson
- ABB
- فهم ممتاز لمعايير IEC / ISA / NFPA.
- مهارات قيادية وإدارية وتحليلية قوية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
