Instrumentation & Control Manager
- نبذة عن الوظيفة:
- تبحث الشركة عن مدير أجهزة وتحكم ذو خبرة عالية للإشراف على تصميم وتنفيذ وتشغيل أنظمة الأجهزة والتحكم في المشاريع الصناعية الكبرى، مع ضمان دقة القياس، استقرار العمليات، وامتثال الأنظمة لمعايير السلامة والجودة.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة فريق هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم في المشاريع الصناعية.
- تصميم وتطوير أنظمة Instrumentation & Control (I&C).
- الإشراف على أنظمة التحكم مثل DCS وPLC وSCADA.
- مراجعة واعتماد المخططات الفنية (Loop Diagrams, Wiring, Logic Diagrams).
- ضمان تكامل أنظمة التحكم مع العمليات الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
- دعم أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل (FAT / SAT / Commissioning).
- حل المشكلات الفنية في أنظمة التحكم والأجهزة.
- إدارة الموردين والمقاولين والاستشاريين.
- ضمان الالتزام بمعايير ISA وIEC والمعايير الصناعية.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية ومتابعة تقدم المشاريع.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الأجهزة والتحكم، الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 10 إلى 15 سنة في مجال Instrumentation & Control.
- خبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات أو الصناعات الثقيلة.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة:
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- SCADA Systems
- فهم جيد لأجهزة القياس والتحكم الصناعي.
- الشهادات المفضلة:
• ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP)
- PMP (ميزة إضافية)
- شهادات HSE مثل NEBOSH أو OSHA
- المهارات المطلوبة:
- تصميم أنظمة التحكم والأجهزة.
- حل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة.
- إدارة الفرق الفنية.
- إدارة المشاريع والتنسيق بين التخصصات.
- مهارات التواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين.
- الدقة والانتباه للتفاصيل.
