Additional Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must pass pre-employment assessment
  • Drug screening required
  • Background check required
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Quality inspection techniques
  • Ability to understand and follow Safety, Food Safety and GMP requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy in inspection
  • Time management
  • Workspace organization
  • Hand-Eye coordination
  • Ability to meet physical requirements
  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • The associate will be exposed to the manufacturing environment where hazards and requirements may include but are not limited to:
  • Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Visual acuity for detailed inspection work
  • Strict compliance with personal hygiene standards.
  • Ability to climb ladders safely
  • Extended periods of standing and walking
  • Extended periods of twisting at waist and reaching
  • Extended periods of wrist rotation
  • Ability to wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses)
  • WORK CONDITIONS:
  • The majority of tasks will be performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to:
  • Noise levels above 80 dB
  • Manufacturing equipment
  • Solvents, fumes and inks
  • Variable Temperatures
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts
  • May require nights, weekends, and holidays.
