Role overview

Job responsibilities

• Read and understand contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, health and safety measures, and updates.
• Check contractor compliance through observation, measurements, testing, and quality assurance progress tracking.
• Maintain daily records of contractor manpower and equipment.
• Perform site supervision and inspections as directed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer.
• Document contractor personnel and equipment, observed activities, locations, reasons, and methods in assigned areas.
• Report material deliveries and follow site instructions.
• Apply site quality controls and procedures; prepare required site measurements and surveying checks.
• Monitor construction health and safety and report violations.
• Inspect work for conformance with quality, performance, and code requirements.

Workplace and onboarding

• The work includes construction-site supervision and inspections.
• New hires must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location.
