Parsons seeks a Landscape Architecture / Soft Finishes Inspector for its site-based construction supervision team.
The assignment is on a major public realm development in Diriyah, including parks, open spaces, and more than 55 kilometers of streetscape.
Responsibilities
- Attend contractor inspection requests and take appropriate action promptly.
- Review shop drawings against contract drawings, specifications, codes, statutory requirements, and international best practices.
- Report work that deviates from approved drawings and specifications to stakeholders.
- Monitor work quality and daily site progress; maintain daily activity records and progress photographs.
- Prepare surveillance reports for deficiencies and nonconformance reports when required.
- Check coordination across disciplines and provide technical input to resolve site issues.
- Inspect construction against approved methods and contract requirements; maintain inspection and work records.
- Assist with measuring completed work when required and observe site safety procedures.
Required skills and experience
- Degree in Landscape Architecture.
- At least 7 years of related experience in direct landscape work.
- Good English communication skills.
