Insight Analyst – UAE (Dubai-based)

Analytics Delivery

• Deliver accurate, timely analytics across UAE retailers and campaigns
• Produce campaign evaluations, KPI reporting, and market performance summaries
• Apply global measurement frameworks within the UAE market
• Support media effectiveness and customer performance analysis

Revenue & Performance Support

• Analyse key performance drivers, trends, and risks
• Support revenue tracking and highlight variances
• Escalate data inconsistencies or performance concerns
• Contribute to commercial planning and performance reviews

Insight & Commercial Impact

• Translate data into clear, actionable, and commercially relevant insights
• Support retailer-facing presentations and market updates
• Contribute to thought leadership and insight development
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve analysis

Data & Methodology

• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity
• Use SQL and BI tools to extract and structure data
• Apply defined analytical methodologies
• Continuously develop your technical and analytical capability

• What we’re looking for

Experience

• 2–4 years in analytics, insights, or commercial data roles
• Background in retail, loyalty, media, or customer analytics is a plus
• Exposure to the UAE/GCC market is advantageous
• Technical skills
• **SQL (essential):**
• complex queries, joins, aggregations
• **Excel (essential):**
• advanced formulas, pivots, modelling
• **BI tools:**

Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

• **PowerPoint (essential):**
• building high-quality presentations
• Comfortable working with large datasets
• Analytical & commercial mindset
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to turn data into meaningful business insights
• Understanding (or interest) in media effectiveness and revenue drivers
