Role Overview
This position primarily provides a level of expertise in facilitating classroom learning, evaluating participant performance, and coaching to reinforce learning.
Prepares for learning events, conducts classroom management, facilitates courseware, and conducts assessments.
Implements and maintains processes, procedures and programs to ensure a positive learning experience for participants.
Secondarily, this position is introduced to beginner level development of training materials and supervisor duties.

Qualifications
- A.
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or Education
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience delivering and facilitating training programs (in addition to education requirement) and
- 5 years of experience with learning management systems and creating reports
