Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales, technical sales, customer support, or related experience in an industrial environment.
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics or related CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across departments.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial products, applications, and customer requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a self-directed environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales and revenue objectives.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend value-added solutions.
  • Relocation: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
  • Annual Salary Range: $69,440 - $86,800. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. Based on work location, geographic adjustment is included.
  • This position is eligible for sales incentive or commission plan, based on sales targets under company policy.
