Inside Sales - Intern

Role overview

Business Development support

• Maintain project trackers and business documentation.
• Coordinate information collection across departments, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support Business Development administrative and operational activities.

Reporting and Local Content

• Collect, validate, and consolidate business data; prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Assist with business performance analysis and trend identification.
• Support IKTVA reporting, documentation, tracker maintenance, stakeholder data collection, and Local Content KPI monitoring.

Process improvement and other duties

• Keep records organized and audit-ready; identify improvements to reporting, data management, and administrative processes.
• Support process standardization, special projects, and other duties consistent with the internship program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and work cross-functionally.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and initiative.

Office tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
