We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to join our growing immigration consultancy team.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, a passion for helping clients achieve their international migration goals, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to immigration, study abroad, work permits, permanent residency (PR), investment migration, and temporary visa programs.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients and assess their eligibility for various immigration pathways.
- Explain immigration programs, visa processes, documentation requirements, and service offerings clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on immigration policies and visa regulations for Canada, Australia, Europe, and other key destinations.
- Collaborate with the processing and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Handle objections effectively and negotiate confidently to close sales.
