Inside Sales Engineer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for digital customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Achieve the annual digital sales target and meet or exceed annual digital sales objectives.
• Qualify, manage, and follow up on leads through the sales pipeline with the industrial air sales team.
• Create and maintain opportunities within the CRM system and ensure accurate sales tracking.
• Support customers with product inquiries and coordinate with Sales Engineers to ensure timely closure of opportunities.
• Handle selected inside sales opportunities for compressors and ancillary equipment.
• Support and host webinars, customer seminars, workshops, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and Product Manager to support lead-generation campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Travel across Saudi Arabia to conduct proactive outbound sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related subject.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial role.
• Experience in industrial equipment, compressors, or compressed air systems is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
• Dynamic and willing to travel.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Job Location

• This role requires on-site work at the office in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
