Job Description** **Position Summary

The **Innovation Facilitator** is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering innovation activities, workshops, and engagement sessions that foster creativity, problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and innovative thinking.

The role supports participants, startups, entrepreneurs, students, and stakeholders throughout innovation programs by facilitating learning experiences, guiding ideation processes, and ensuring successful program delivery.

Program Facilitation & Delivery

  • Facilitate innovation workshops, bootcamps, design thinking sessions, and entrepreneurship programs.
  • Guide participants through ideation, problem-solving, and innovation methodologies.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, training sessions, and interactive learning experiences.
  • Support participants in developing innovative solutions, business concepts, and project outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration, creativity, and active participation during program activities.

Program Coordination & Engagement

  • Coordinate innovation events, challenges, hackathons, and startup activities.
  • Engage with participants, mentors, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and participant communications.
  • Monitor participant progress and provide guidance throughout the program journey.
  • Ensure smooth execution of workshops, meetings, and program milestones.

Content & Innovation Development

  • Assist in designing innovation frameworks, learning materials, toolkits, and workshop content.
  • Contribute to the development of innovation methodologies and program activities.
  • Research emerging innovation trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Develop interactive exercises and activities that encourage creativity and collaboration.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Track participant engagement, attendance, and program outcomes.
  • Collect feedback and evaluate workshop effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and impact for management and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives based on participant insights and program results.

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with mentors, trainers, industry experts, and partners.
  • Maintain professional relationships with participants and stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization during innovation-related events and engagements.

General Responsibilities

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the successful delivery of business operations, programs, projects, initiatives, events, and organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, confidentiality, and a commitment to excellence in all activities and interactions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to accommodate occasional after-hours commitments based on business and program needs.
  • **Qualifications** **Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in innovation programs, entrepreneurship, training, facilitation, startup ecosystems, consulting, or related fields.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, group activities, or innovation-focused programs.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, and innovation methodologies.
