Role overview

Role responsibilities

• Monitor automated notifications and events and act as required.
• Log, triage, assign, and manage incidents to resolution using the specified service-management toolsets; coordinate with third parties and update records.
• Manage, monitor, and resolve problems in line with agreed service-level agreements.
• Deploy monthly security patches to Microsoft server environments using SCCM.
• Support and participate in change-management activities.
• Fulfil service-catalogue requests, including adding, changing, or removing production and pre-production access.

Experience and requirements

• Experience supporting secure IT infrastructure and resolving incidents or managing systems in secure environments.
• Basic understanding of SCOM and SCCM.
• Basic Hyper-V experience, antivirus management and reporting, and basic Juniper Networks experience.
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain a high level of security clearance.
