Infrastructure Administrator - Cloud

Administer, maintain and support enterprise storage platforms.

Provision and manage block and file-based storage services.

Perform storage allocation, expansion, migration and decommissioning activities.

Monitor storage capacity, utilisation, performance and overall system health.

Investigate and resolve storage-related incidents, service requests and performance issues.

Collaborate with server, backup, cloud and network teams on infrastructure projects and operational support.

Ensure backup and recovery requirements are met in accordance with business and compliance standards.

Participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule and support major incident response when required.

Strong experience in enterprise storage administration.

Experience supporting large-scale SAN and NAS environments.

Understanding of Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, SMB/CIFS, S3, Multipathing technologies.

Experience supporting VMware vSphere environments.

Experience with storage replication and disaster recovery technologies.

Understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices.

Relevant industry certifications highly regarded.

Able to obtain a NV1 security clearance.
