Information Technology & Systems Officer

Pay: 2,800.00 (AED) - 3,200.00 (AED) per month

Job Purpose: Responsible for managing, maintaining, securing, and improving the company's technology systems, digital platforms, websites, ERP system, and electronic information to ensure smooth business operations and data security.

-**Manage and maintain the company's ERP system and ensure its proper operation " ERP Next platform"**

-Develop, update, and maintain company websites and web-based platforms " Word press & Shpity".

-**Monitor and maintain company digital systems, software, and technology infrastructure " Microsoft Softweres and more ".**

-Ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of company data and electronic information.

-**Perform regular system backups and support business continuity requirements.**

-Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across company systems.

-**Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to employees regarding company systems and software.**

-Coordinate with external developers, technology vendors, hosting providers, and software suppliers when required.

-**Monitor website performance, system availability, and digital service reliability.**

-Maintain electronic records, databases, and system documentation.

-**Recommend and implement technology improvements that enhance productivity, security, and operational efficiency.**

-Assist in the implementation of new digital solutions, software, and automation initiatives.

-**Ensure all company technology assets and systems comply with internal policies and management requirements.**

**-** Support management in digital transformation and technology-related projects.

-**Perform any other technology and systems-related duties assigned by management.**
