Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure closure
- Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions
- Adhere to company procedures and approval processes
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
- Meet performance targets (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction)

- These tasks are considered the beginning of a journey of cumulative tasks over the term of the agreement.
