Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure closure
  • Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions
  • Adhere to company procedures and approval processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required
  • Meet performance targets (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction)
