Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Support Technician.
The Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software, and communicating effectively with clients.
This role requires the candidate to be well-versed in JAMF, MDM, Intune,
Airwatch / workspace 1.
It is mandatory that the candidate has a valid UAE driving license.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
- 1-2 years experience in JAMF
- JAMF certified (preferred)
- Experience with MDM, Airwatch / workspace 1, Intune
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with customer service
- UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
