A leading company in the aquaculture industry is seeking a hands-on IT & Integration Project Manager with strong technical expertise in systems integration, SCADA/industrial systems, and Odoo ERP, along with the potential to grow into a future IT leadership role.
This role combines technical delivery, project management, and increasing involvement in strategic IT initiatives.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving integration and ERP projects while gradually contributing to the organization’s digital transformation journey and long-term IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT integration and ERP projects from planning to execution
- Design and maintain integrations between ERP, SCADA, IoT, and operational systems
- Work with APIs, ETL/data flows, and system automation processes
- Configure, support, and optimize Odoo ERP modules
- Troubleshoot integration and operational technology (OT) issues
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance teams to improve automation and reporting
- Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and external technology partners
- Support digital transformation initiatives and contribute to the IT roadmap
- Participate in IT governance, cybersecurity, and system standardization activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in IT project management and system integration
- Strong experience with Odoo ERP, APIs, SCADA, IoT, and industrial systems
- Knowledge of data flows, ETL processes, SQL, and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript is a plus)
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) and industrial automation systems
