Key Responsibilities

• **Infrastructure & Integration:**
• Oversee servers, networks, and devices.
• Supervise the seamless integration of
• EHR, Practice Management, and Billing systems

• **Data Security & Compliance:**
• Implement firewalls and security measures to protect patient data.
• Ensure 100% compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection laws.
• **Data Strategy & Marketing:**
• Manage historical patient data (names, procedures, dates).
• Develop and implement strategies to use this data for
• targeted marketing and sales enhancement

• **Database Integrity:**
• Conduct regular audits and cleanups to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• **System Development (SDLC):**
• Lead the full lifecycle of system development.
• **Technical Support & Training:**
• Manage helpdesk operations, troubleshoot hardware/software, and train clinic staff on new technologies and security best practices.
• **Strategic Planning & Budgeting:**
• Align IT strategy with business goals.
• Develop and manage the
• IT budget
• (hardware, software, and services).
• **Vendor & Project Management:**
• Negotiate vendor contracts, manage SLAs, and lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
• **Disaster Recovery:**
• Establish robust backup procedures and recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• **Innovation & Reporting:**
• Evaluate new technologies to improve patient care.
• Regularly report on progress and proactively suggest solutions to management.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational success and collaborate with various teams on special projects.
