The Information Security Engineer implements endpoint, cloud, and data protection controls.
Security delivery
- Develop and enforce endpoint security policies and procedures for industry and regulatory compliance.
- Advise IT and network teams on security best practices.
- Implement and manage endpoint protection against malware, ransomware, and other security threats.
- Lead security projects through design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Design, present, troubleshoot, and implement cloud infrastructure compliance and privacy solutions for Microsoft 365 and Azure architectures.
- Design, document, and create Microsoft 365 security and compliance integrations.
- Test new security technologies through proof-of-concept work.
- Implement cloud data loss prevention and encryption solutions to protect sensitive information.
- Partner with GRC teams on audit findings and remediation plans.
Qualification criteria
- The qualification criteria include security architect, cloud security, or infrastructure security experience with endpoint security.
- Listed cloud platforms are Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.
- Listed container technologies are Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker.
- Listed delivery and access-control technologies are CI/CD or Jenkins and IAM, RBAC, or PAM.
- AI/ML security is also listed in the qualification criteria.
