Job Description Summary
The Health Information Analyst is responsible for conducting qualitative reviews of clinical documentation for short-stay admissions, day surgeries, and observation visits to ensure compliance with established ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Operational Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze the health information of inpatients for short-stay admissions, day surgeries, and observation visits.
- Investigate and verify documentation deficiencies and escalate delinquencies as required.
- Conduct a final analysis check to verify that all deficiencies and delinquencies have been completed before closing encounters.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a Health Sciences field, including Health Information Management, Nursing, or an equivalent relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Health Information Management or Nursing.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Language Requirements
- English: Fully proficient.
- Arabic: Not required.

Compensation and Work Pattern
- Salary: SAR 11,500 per month.
