• Core responsibilities of this role include complex IT implementation, testing, training, and escalation management.
• Along with the technical aptitude, this role is client facing and individuals need to also possess excellent communication, critical thinking, and other soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction.
• What You'll do-
• Responsible for the end-to-end implementation, testing and training of the Abbott Digital applications with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Apply technical IT and networking knowledge to analyze user needs; gather customer requirement; design an integrated, scalable and comprehensive informatics solutions to improve the automation and informatics solutions for clinical diagnostic healthcare customers. Must be able to multi-task and coordinate with a complex network of departments throughout all levels of an organization such as sales representatives; lab managers; project managers; IT personnel; HIS and LIS personnel; internal and external vendors and contractors; and senior level management as needed.
• Serves as an informatics applications expert for more junior members of the organization. Develops mastery of the Abbott processes and ability to lead by example across the Area delivery organization.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Adheres to and promotes the Abbott Code of Business Conduct.
