• We are looking for a results-driven Influencer Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of our influencer marketing and creator partnerships program.
• This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth through strategic influencer collaborations and performance-driven campaigns.
• :Key Responsibilities
• Identify, recruit, and evaluate influencers across relevant niches (health, lifestyle, fitness, etc.)
• Assess influencers based on engagement rate, audience quality, and brand alignment
• Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers and affiliate partners
• Negotiate and manage collaborations (paid campaigns, gifting, affiliate deals)
• Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Brief influencers with clear guidelines, deliverables, and timelines
• Monitor content quality and ensure alignment with brand standards
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs and ROI
• Maintain a strong pipeline of influencers (Nano, Micro, and Mid-tier)

• Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience managing campaigns and partnerships
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance
• Experience with affiliate marketing is a plus
