The role manages influencer partnerships and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers aligned with the brand.
- Plan campaigns, negotiate collaborations, track performance, and optimize strategies.
- Coordinate content calendars, brief influencers, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Work with marketing, social media, and creative teams.
- Monitor social platform trends, analyze results, and prepare reports and insights.
Qualifications
- Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Campaign planning, social content coordination, and basic analytics skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of luxury fashion or jewelry markets, GCC audience behavior, and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams; ability to work on-site in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- E-commerce or retail marketing experience and familiarity with influencer marketing tools or platforms are advantageous.
